Texas polygamy and the family lawyers/judges that are fixing their coffee right now

I make this note only in passing because I have a couple of friends who are involved in the family court system either as lawyers or clerks. Supposedly, or at least according to the attorneys I have spoken to, at some point in one's legal career, one crosses paths with the wonderful world of family law. And sometime today in the great state of Texas, 400 or so kids and their respective attorneys are going to try and explain why they should (and why they should not) be taken away from this alleged polygamy sect. See Custody Hearing to Begin in Polygamist Case.

I saw some of the coverage on tv last night as a few of the parents(?) who live(d) in the compound explained how hunky doory it was there. The interview seemed sort of stilted and rehearsed, but what do I know as an average viewer. The whole case to me reeks of nightmarishness for all those involved (including and particularly the court system itself) and the fact this is going to keep playing on the news for however much longer the press can drag it out almost makes watching the election coverage or who gets kicked off American Idol appealing. Almost. Intead, I am enjoying what is beginning to be nice weather and the wedding season.

Lawyers in family law are not unlike christians, atheists, pagans, Republicans and Democrats who engineer trains, the trains taking massive numbers of men, women and children to gas chambers. They know all about trains, and when confronted with pure evil, they work doubly hard to get the train to the death camp on time.

The modern doctrine of Judicial supremecy that all children are within their realm, subject matter jurisdiction did not originate in your state house or in Congress. It originated in the evil minds of pathetic men in black robes.

You can point the finger at Judges for the destruction of family government. The legislature could have never obtained a majority vote to steal children from fit, natural parents. All children are property of the State, and therefore the State has all power to invade homes, steal children and plunder the wealth of parents whom the court declares are merely "designated guardians".

Nothing new here. Totalitarianism is always the goal of government, or at least according to the founding fathers when they considered the future of the Republic. Democracy, or mobacracy, "rule by men", is simply the natural outcome of the legal profession. Family law is nothing more than a criminal racket.

Spoken like a true intellectual who has absolutely no idea what he or she is talking about. Learn the law before making such unfounded erroneous assumptions.

Additionally, for someone (from Des Moines) who spent 31 seconds reading this entry, my guess is that this cut and paste rant probably appears on any "texas polygamist legal blogs."

Because I accept all comments, no matter how poignant or ridiculous, this is a good example of the latter.
